The surface of the cold-rolled white steel strip is first punched with a punch die, and then electrochemically nickel-plated to obtain a product called punched and nickel-plated steel strip, abbreviated as NPPS.
1. Punched and nickel-plated steel strip is an extensively used battery current collector material due to its good performance and low cost. As a secondary rechargeable battery plate material, it is mainly used in the manufacture of MH-Ni batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries for tools, sintered batteries for military use, and battery plates for rail transportation;
2. The punched pattern can be designed and tooled according to customer requirements;
3. Different substrate compositions can be selected for production according to different battery types.
