Low-carbon cold-rolled steel strip (SPCC) is used as the substrate, and its surface is nickel-plated, and then subject to high-temperature tempering and other processes to make a nickel-iron alloy layer, referred to as nickel strip.
1. Excellent physical and chemical properties. First, nickel-plated steel strip features extremely high electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability, exhibiting good electromagnetic properties, good magnetic saturation and penetration depth, and can be used to make high-performance resistors and transformers. Secondly, since a layer of anti-corrosion agent is electroplated on the surface of the nickel-plated steel strip, it has excellent corrosion resistance. After passivation treatment on the surface of the steel strip, it can better resist the erosion of corrosive media, thereby extending the product’s service life;
2. Electronics industry: Nickel-plated steel strip boasts good electrical and magnetic conductivity and is widely used in the manufacture of batteries and electronic components.
